Meet Your Facilitators

Kareece is a dedicated practitioner with extensive training in various healing modalities. She is certified in Yin Yoga by LoveLightYoga and is completing her 200-hours yoga teacher training with Yoga Angels International. Her journey includes training in Shoden Reiki Level 1 with Iron Lotus Academy, and she utilizes reiki for self-healing and actualization. Kareece's path has connected her with traditional healers, indigenous communities, and shamans from around the world. She has profound experience in the ceremonial use of entheogenic plants, such as ayahuasca and sacred mushrooms, as well as cacao, kambo, san pedro, sananga, and sacred tobacco. As a plant medicine ceremony facilitator and musician, she also supports integration. An Ifa and Shamanic practitioner attuned to I-Ching, Kareece offers this divination tool to help people find answers to life's questions.

A certified yoga teacher, with over 500 hours of training, he incorporates mindfulness and wellness practices into all of his offerings. Dylan has also apprenticed in myofascial release therapy, further expanding his knowledge of holistic health practices. The moon part should say sturgeon- not Surgeon.

Taste freshly harvested exotic fruits—including up to 19 varieties of pineapple—picked straight from the estate.

As you explore, you’ll learn about Jamaica’s rich agricultural history and Croydon’s connection to national hero and abolitionist Samuel Sharpe. From hummingbird sanctuaries to fragrant spice trails, this tour is a feast for the senses, set against the stunning backdrop of the Catadupa Mountains.
